About the Wine Bar range

EuroCave's Wine Bar models serve wine by the glass: open bottles stay under vacuum, each at its own serving temperature.

Under vacuum for up to 10 days

A vacuum system limits oxidation of open bottles for up to 10 days. An alarm signals any vacuum fault.

White and red at the same time

The Wine Bar 2.0 keeps one bottle at 8 °C and another at 16 °C. The Wine Bar 8.0 has two compartments adjustable from 6 °C to 18 °C.

From the kitchen to the wine bar

The 2.0 holds two bottles in a compact format, at home or at work. The 8.0 keeps 8 open bottles and 6 in reserve, for restaurants, bars and hotels. Built-in or freestanding.
