Order processing and shipping
A confirmation email will be sent to you when you place an order. A shipping notification will then be emailed to you to confirm that your items have been sent and are on their way to your destination. Vin & Passion delivers within Canada only.
While we do everything we can to keep every product we offer in stock, we may occasionally run out. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you by phone or email of the revised shipping date. An alternative will be offered and, if the product is no longer available, the option to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities available for sales or special promotions.
Delivery times
Orders normally ship within 2 business days of your order date. We partner with the best logistics companies in Canada to deliver your purchases to your home. Standard delivery time varies between 1 and 5 business days depending on the delivery zone.
Delivery fees outside local zones
For all areas outside the perimeters mentioned above, a flat rate of $24.95 applies, regardless of your order total.
Wine cellars of 395 bottles and up are delivered by quote: delivery fees are not included in the sale price. You have two options.
Base delivery, to your doorstep
The wine cellar is dropped off in front of your home (certain conditions apply).
White Glove delivery
The wine cellar is delivered to the room of your choice, with the packaging removed and taken away by the carrier. Availability and terms of this service may vary by carrier; check with your representative.

Wine rack delivery is priced by quote, based on the configuration and scale of your project. Add your wine racks to the cart: a member of our team will email you the exact delivery fee.
