• Check that it is plugged in.
• The wine cellar is not switched ON.
• The circuit breaker is off or a fuse is blown.
• The wine cellar should be the only appliance plugged into the outlet.
• We recommend a dedicated 15-amp circuit exclusively for the wine cellar.

• Check the temperature settings on the control panel.
• The surrounding environment requires colder temperature settings on the control panel.
• The door is opened too often.
• The door is not completely closed.
• The door gasket is not sealing properly.

• This is normal: slight temperature variations are necessary for the wine cellar to work properly.
• When the wine cellar starts a defrost cycle, the temperature rises slightly.
• When the refrigeration system starts up again, the temperature cools back down.
• These changes occur over short periods and their effect is far too small to affect the wine's preservation.
• The liquid tends to hold an average temperature.

• The room temperature is warmer than usual.
• A large quantity was recently added to the wine cellar.
• The door is opened too often.
• The door is not completely closed.
• The temperature is not set correctly.
• The door gasket is not sealing properly.

• Is the wine cellar plugged in?
• The circuit breaker is off or a fuse is blown.
• The light is switched off.

• Check that the unit is level.
• Make sure no part inside the wine cellar or behind the compressor is loose.

• The noise may come from the refrigerant, which is normal.
• At the end of each cycle, you may hear a gurgling sound caused by the refrigerant.
• The expansion and contraction of the interior walls can cause cracking sounds.
• The unit is not level.
• Ceiling height and room size can also affect how loud it seems.

• The wine cellar is not level.
• The door was reversed and installed incorrectly.
• The door gasket is dirty.
• The shelves are not installed correctly.

Adjust the levelling feet at the front of the wine cellar until the door is flush with the cabinet.

The latch is probably not aligned with the L-shaped bracket. Make sure the wine cellar is level.

Make sure the slides are properly engaged.

The handle (lock) is probably not in its notch, or the latch is not aligned with the L-shaped bracket. Make sure the door is flush with the wine cellar.

Check that the drain is properly positioned in the evaporation tray at the back of the wine cellar. If it is, during very humid periods you may need to sponge out excess water from the tray.

• This is mostly seen in summer, due to humidity.
• Check that the door gasket is sealing properly. During very humid weather, we recommend sponging out the excess water that forms inside your wine cellar.

This is completely normal: it happens when water vapour freezes. When the cooling cycle ends, the ice immediately turns back into water.

During very humid periods, mainly in summer, this can happen.

The temperature sensor is not working.
