This ritual highlights the nuances of a wine's colour, brings out all its brilliance and ensures a delicate awakening of the aromas. The ICARO model was designed for mature red wines, with a narrow neck above a wide base to reduce aeration during decanting and thus optimize the bouquet. Notch on the decanter for easier pouring.
