Once the bottle is stoppered, the oxidation process is interrupted, as oxygen is no longer in contact with the wine. The AntiOx stopper thus prevents the formation of acetic acid, which spoils the wine by giving it the unpleasant smell and taste of vinegar.
For optimal use, keep the bottle in an upright position.
