The EuroCave Harmonie DHASLCPP wine cellar combines a 50-bottle capacity, two independently controlled temperature zones and a refined composition featuring a light oak body, a smoked brown alcove and elegant Champagne-coloured shelf fronts.
With its horizontal silhouette and carefully balanced proportions, the EuroCave Harmonie DHASLCPP wine cellar integrates into the living space as a genuine piece of premium furniture. The natural warmth of light oak contrasts beautifully with the depth of the smoked brown alcove, while the Champagne-coloured shelf fronts add a luminous and contemporary finishing touch.
Two independently controlled compartments allow different categories of wine to be stored under suitable conditions. Adjustable from 6 to 12°C, the left-hand zone is particularly well suited to white wines, Champagne and bottles intended to be served chilled. The right-hand zone, adjustable from 12 to 18°C, can accommodate red wines or bottles requiring a warmer storage temperature.
Behind the solid doors, the collection remains protected from light and discreetly integrated into the surrounding décor. Ten sliding shelves organize up to 50 standard 750 ml bottles while providing smooth access and an elegant presentation of every bottle.
The smoked brown central alcove creates a dedicated display space for a bottle, decanter or decorative object. Two lighting options allow its atmosphere to be adjusted, while the cellar’s interior lighting offers eight colours and three intensity levels for a truly personalized presentation.
Embraco Inverter compressor technology continuously adapts its operation to the cellar’s requirements, promoting stable temperatures and an exceptionally quiet sound level of 34 dB(A). An LED touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity, monitoring alarms and an integrated security lock complete this French-made system, designed to provide precise wine preservation within a piece of furniture of exceptional character.
EuroCave — Excellence in wine storage since 1976
Since 1976, EuroCave has been dedicated exclusively to the storage, aging and service of wine. The French brand created the first wine cellar designed to recreate the conditions of a natural cellar inside a cabinet.
Made at the EuroCave factory in Fourmies, in northern France, the wine cellars combine French craftsmanship, technical precision and design. Each solution is designed to protect bottles and support the wine over time, whether for a personal collection, fine wines or a professional space.
Expertise devoted entirely to wine
A EuroCave wine cellar does more than keep bottles cool. Its design is based on the main factors that affect wine storage and aging: stable temperature, controlled humidity, protection from light and UV rays, reduced vibration and suitable air circulation.
For long-term aging, EuroCave aims in particular for a stable temperature of 12 °C and humidity of about 70%. The goal is to create a consistent environment in which the wine can evolve under the right conditions.
This expertise also shows in the storage systems, shelves, temperature management and the various configurations offered for collections of all sizes.
Aging, storing or serving wine
The choice of a wine cellar depends on how you plan to use it.
An aging wine cellar is designed to store bottles over the long term in stable conditions. It is especially suited to collectors who want to let their wines evolve over several years.
A serving wine cellar is designed to keep bottles at their tasting temperature. Multi-temperature models let you manage different types of wine in the same appliance.
EuroCave also offers solutions that can meet several needs, depending on the configuration and model chosen.
Wine cellars for every collection
The EuroCave range includes a variety of capacities, configurations and installation styles. Depending on the series, models may be available freestanding, built-in or integrated into custom cabinetry.
The collections include Compact, Inspiration, Pure, Révélation, La Première and Royale, with levels of customization, technology and finish suited to different projects.
Some solutions are designed for small spaces, while others can hold much larger collections. Capacities depend on the model, the interior layout and the bottle format.
