Order processing and shipping

An email confirming your order will be sent to you when you make a purchase. A shipping notification will be sent to you by email to confirm that the items have been sent and are on their way to your destination. Vin & Passion delivers to Canada only.

Although every effort is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, from time to time we may be out of stock. In the event that the item is out of stock, we will notify you by telephone or email of the revised shipping date. You will be offered an alternative and, if necessary, the possibility of canceling the order if the product is no longer available.

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sales or special sales.

Delivery delay

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of your order date.

We team up with the best logistics companies in Canada to deliver your purchases to your home. Standard delivery time varies between 1 and 5 working days depending on the delivery area.

 Locker delivery charges are based on weight, dimension and delivery address. If you decide to opt for delivery, a representative will contact you to confirm the costs and take payment. If you opt for pickup at our warehouse, our representatives will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
