We chose EuroCave and WineCell’R for their reliability, durability and storage performance. Rather than multiply brands, we offer a wide choice within their ranges: nearly a hundred models, from small serving cellars to large cellars of over 700 bottles, freestanding or built-in.
A storage wine cellar keeps a steady temperature, good humidity and little vibration: it's for aging wine. A wine fridge, or serving cellar, keeps bottles cool to drink soon.
A single zone offers one temperature: ideal for storage, or for a single type of wine. Dual zones offer two temperatures in the same unit, for example whites cooler at the top and reds at the bottom, ready to serve.
For storage, about 12 °C suits all wines. For serving, whites and sparkling wines are served cooler than reds: a dual-zone wine cellar allows both.
A built-in wine cellar vents through the front: it fits under a counter or in cabinetry. A freestanding wine cellar needs space around it to ventilate. Check the note on the product page before building in a unit.
