Frequently asked questions

Which glass should I choose for red wine?

A large-bowled glass for full-bodied reds (Cabernet, Bordeaux), and an even wider one for Pinot Noir and Burgundy. To start, a universal glass suits most wines.

Should I decant wine?

A young wine benefits from being aerated in a decanter before serving. An old wine is decanted gently to leave the sediment in the bottle. An aerator does the same job glass by glass.

How do I keep an opened bottle of wine?

Reseal it with an anti-oxidation stopper and keep it cool. With a Coravin system, the cork stays in place: you pour a glass and the rest of the bottle stays protected.

Where can I find champagne glasses and accessories?
