Royale, the culmination of 40 years of work!

To most clearly understand why this cabinet is without equal, we asked Sébastien Bussonnière, a researcher in EuroCave’s engineering and design department, who has worked on this project for a long time.

Why and how did this project come about?
For over 40 years, EuroCave has had a passionate desire to transmit, during each tasting experience, a full array of emotions, created by the wine producer and so valued by discerning wine lovers.

Expertise in the five criteria essential for optimal wine maturing is a fundamental requirement for EuroCave.

We have completely devoted the past 40 years to researching and developing durable products that ensure optimal wine maturing.

Which is why, we set ourselves the ambition of designing THE best wine cabinet in the world.

How did this project develop?
After three years of research and collaboration with all of the marketing, manufacturing, engineering and design teams.
After three years of analysis in close collaboration with high-tech laboratories.
After three years of very exciting work.
We reached an unprecedented level of technical expertise and performance, resulting, moreover, in a patented "Hygro-control System", which allows self-monitoring of humidity.

And today, can you say that you have reached the desired goal?
Today, we are proud to say that we have succeeded in channelling all of our wine maturing know-how and expertise into designing an exceptional wine cabinet, Royale.

Just like a wise man guiding his disciples, Royale, whose intrinsic functions are close to perfect, transmits to its precious bottles all of the knowledge, expertise and skill that EuroCave has developed over the past 40 years.
In this way, your fine wines will be able to reach their long-awaited prime.

Wine maturing is the time it takes for wine to improve, fully develop its qualities and reach the stage in which it fully expresses itself, i.e. reaches its prime!

Single temperature cabinet: 12°C (ideal maturing temperature). No setting possible.
Capacity: up to 122 traditional Bordeaux bottles or up to 50 magnums
