Harvested from a specific blend of original and hybrid Arabica growers, Arabica coffee bitters is intensely aromatic, slightly sweet and smoky, with a hint of wild berries and citrus. The coffee beans are a blend of Bourbon and other varieties, purchased through fair trade and roasted by East Van Roasters in British Columbia.
Made from real quinine then filtered clear. Add 1/2oz of the Tonic Syrup to 2oz of gin and 4oz soda water for a perfect G&T!

We designed these bitters with the Sazerac cocktail in mind. The Suius Cherry bitters is a unique combination of herbs, spices, roots and barks, lightly sweetened to balance with sun-drenched lapin cherries from the South Okanagan Valley, BC. The gentian and American oak backbone, complemented with anise-family botanicals, teas and caraway make this expression a quintessential Canadian ingredient in classic cocktails requiring a southern-style aromatic bitter.
