Harvested from a specific blend of original and hybrid Arabica growers, Arabica coffee bitters is intensely aromatic, slightly sweet and smoky, with a hint of wild berries and citrus. The coffee beans are a blend of Bourbon and other varieties, purchased through fair trade and roasted by East Van Roasters in British Columbia.

Our Lemon Marrakech bitters take you on a powerful flavour journey through the smoky-sweet medina of Marrakech, Morocco. Bright lemon zest, nutty, floral notes of coriander seed, fiery cinnamon and cumin, the coolness of mint, fennel and black pepper.
Harvested from the far reaches of the Malagasy plantations and roasted at Vancouver’s East Van Roasters, the intensely rich Madagascar cacao beans take center stage in these dry, aromatic chocolate bitters. Evoking notes of dark cacao with oak and a maturely spiced palate, and lingering hints of a damp rolled cigar.
