Harvested from a specific blend of original and hybrid Arabica growers, Arabica coffee bitters is intensely aromatic, slightly sweet and smoky, with a hint of wild berries and citrus. The coffee beans are a blend of Bourbon and other varieties, purchased through fair trade and roasted by East Van Roasters in British Columbia.
Tannic and tart berry with warm black tea and cinnamon. Notes of green cardamom, licorice, allspice, cloves and fresh citrus peels. Cranberries are grown by BC farmers.
The Cascade Celery bitters are savoury and floral with expressions of summertime green herbs, notes of celery, dill and caraway, the floral character of hops and chamomile and the bittering power of angelica and dandelion.

Our Lemon Marrakech bitters take you on a powerful flavour journey through the smoky-sweet medina of Marrakech, Morocco. Bright lemon zest, nutty, floral notes of coriander seed, fiery cinnamon and cumin, the coolness of mint, fennel and black pepper.
Harvested from the far reaches of the Malagasy plantations and roasted at Vancouver’s East Van Roasters, the intensely rich Madagascar cacao beans take center stage in these dry, aromatic chocolate bitters. Evoking notes of dark cacao with oak and a maturely spiced palate, and lingering hints of a damp rolled cigar.
One of the original creations from the Bittered Sling line up, Moondog Latin has been one of the quintessential expressions in the portfolio. Inherently smoky, latin, savoury and spicy, Moondog Latin lifts any oak-matured spirit. With notes of dried aromatic chilies, lime leaves, wild oregano, and smoked black pepper – a latin feel. This one is a brilliant expression of Latin America and the southern USA.

An Ayurvedic blend of barks and roots, with an inherently “hot” palate of warm spices, the Plum & Root beer bitters is among one of our best sellers. Bringing out the sweet and savoury notes of ingredients its paired with, even the simple execution of an old fashioned, a Mai Tai or a Tom Collins benefit from this aromatic bitters. A touch of prune plums rounds out the palate and help give the bitters its balanced richness. The plums are proudly grown and harvested in BC.
We designed these bitters with the Sazerac cocktail in mind. The Suius Cherry bitters is a unique combination of herbs, spices, roots and barks, lightly sweetened to balance with sun-drenched lapin cherries from the South Okanagan Valley, BC. The gentian and American oak backbone, complemented with anise-family botanicals, teas and caraway make this expression a quintessential Canadian ingredient in classic cocktails requiring a southern-style aromatic bitter.
